If you are coming with a party of more than 10 people, and want to be assured of expert guidance , book your guide in advance. You can book now for next season. Smaller groups and individual visitors can usually call on one of the volunteers walking around the garden during their tour. A number of them speak one or more foreign languages, including English, French, German and Italian.
